Small dedicated lake with two fishing spots nearby, including one on the edge of the Indre. Pontoon accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The practice of fishing on these 2 sites is managed by the Fishing Association of Ardentes/Mers sur Indre. It is necessary to differentiate the two sites: 1. Communal water level of Mers-sur-Indre: Fishing open all year long and it is the regulation of the rivers of 2nd piscicultural category which applies (to see however the signposting on site because a provisional closing can be applied for the alevinages).
2. Fishing course of Angibault commune of Montipouret on the river “La Vauvre”. It is the REGULATION of the rivers of 1st category which applies. (consult the prefectural decree of the current year). Fishing is open (subject to change) from mid-March to mid-September.
