From the preparation of sourdough and dough to baking, you'll carry out every stage in making your own sourdough and homemade bread.
You’ll learn how to knead, punch, shape, etc., and the importance of choosing the right flour, temperature and water to make a dynamic sourdough.
At the end of the day, you’ll take home a loaf of bread and a jar of sourdough, so you can get back to work quickly.
This practical workshop, limited to 4 people, will enable you to get the hang of it, understand the bread-making process, learn tips and tricks, and make your own bread on a daily basis.
