Exposition de Jean-Claude Legrand et Thierry Leproust

The Centre de Céramique Contemporaine simultaneously hosts works by Jean-Claude Legrand and Thierry Leproust, two artists with distinct but complementary approaches. Jean-Claude Legrand structures clay with graphic and architectural rigor. His work, based on the square and the ruler, explores sober, powerful volumes where the imperfections of the clay become sensitive traces. Alongside him, Thierry Leproust offers a more narrative and sensitive approach, in dialogue with the spirit of La Borne and Japanese aesthetics. Through a selection of works, he pays tribute to the simplicity, humility and spirituality of ceramics. Together, these exhibitions offer a singular immersion in the many faces of contemporary ceramics.
