Grande Transhumance des brebis

The Gommiers farm is in the heart of the Brenne region, where Anne Billard and her son have been raising organic cattle and sheep since 2009. She invites us to take part in a day-long transhumance (with lunch available), during which we'll be out front with the shepherdess and behind with the dogs. Needless to say, we'll be right in the middle of the action!
This transhumance will be an opportunity to take the flock of sheep to areas managed by the Chérine Nature Reserve, where they will remain until autumn. A fine example of partnership between nature managers and breeders.
