Ariel Elizondo Lizarraga works in natural stone and corten steel.
The stone serves as the basic support, be it dressed or sculpted, and it is from this that the steel emerges. The steel crowns, overlaps and embraces it, and for the smallest works, the steel is cold-worked by hand in an ancestral, ethnic art form using traditional techniques, but transformed into contemporary art.
