Jardins ouverts pour le Neurodon

The Château d'Ainay-le-Vieil has been participating in this event organized by the "Fe'de'ration for Brain Research" for several years. It has been recognized that gardening and nature have a real positive effect on stress, sleep, appetite and mental well-being. A symbol of peace, balance and harmony, bonsai also embodies patience, resilience and determination. Maria Millet, a resident of the village of Ainay-le-Vieil, trained in the art of bonsai at the Bonsai Academy, a school of Japanese tradition, will come and initiate those who wish to learn this thousand-year-old art.
Drawing workshops, Japanese waffles are also on the program.
