The Festival de la voix 2024 looks forward to its 19th edition at Saint-Marcel
On the program for this evening:
A Bocca Chiusa, “Classical Eclecticism”
When friendship and a taste for fantasy seal the common destiny of four lovers of a cappella polyphony, the result is A Bocca Chiusa: a musical adventure tailor-made, sweet and full of life!
2nd part:
“Aàgut”, “Rhythms and hypnotic polyphony”
3 women’s voices, each with their own personality, play a multiple score on stage. At times delicate and touching, they can carry us away to the point of trance. Percussion adds a powerful hypnotic energy to these polyphonies and polyrhythms, inviting us to dance before returning to the minimalism and purity of ancestral song.
