From May onwards, discover the Marais de Bourges on board a traditional boat, and enjoy a moment of relaxation just a stone’s throw from the town center. A veritable green lung, discover nearly 135 hectares of cultivated gardens surrounded by rivers and canals.
A little history: In ancient times, the marshes were a natural defense system encircling Bourges in the form of a marshy area, before being divided into several individual plots for private use from the 17th century onwards.
