Studio (41 m²) situated in an outbuilding (with 2 other attached studios), including on the ground floor: open-plan kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven and vitro ceramic hob. Lounge area with sofa bed (for 2 children) and TV. Shower room/toilet. On the first floor: mezzanine with 1 queen size bed (baby equipment provided on request). Enclosed shared garden (1000 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue, and shared covered heated pool (dimensions: 10 x 5 m, depth: 1.50 m), swing, trampoline, table tennis, boules pitch and indoor parking. Sheets provided (on arrival), cleaning service available at an extra charge. Animals not allowed (or exceptionally on request)
