Typical 1930s house in the center of a village with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, café/bar PMU, supermarket…).
There’s a pretty walled garden to the rear, with trampoline, above-ground pool and close proximity to the Loire bike path, the banks of the Loire and the Cheuille river. From the house, you can go hiking. Briare and its famous canal bridge are 15 minutes away, and Gien and its earthenware factory 30 minutes. You can also take advantage of many other tourist activities in the surrounding area: Guédelon castle, Sancerre, Saint Fargeau…
