Alone in the heart of the Perche countryside, an old farm offers a stay far from all the noise. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by fields. Nearby is the town of Nogent-le-Rotrou, known in particular for its medieval château, and Thiron-Gardais, a lovely little Perche village.
Peaceful accommodation for six people, with private garden, and on the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, small appliances). Living/dining room with wood stove and TV. Bedroom with double bed (one step to access). Bathroom with shower, separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine (iron and ironing board). Upstairs: bedroom with double bed. Landing room with two single beds, double sofa bed and crib. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Garden with terrace, outdoor furniture, barbecue, loungers. Free WiFi.
