A gîte of character on the edge of Bellegarde beside the N. 60 road with a large inner courtyard, close to the owners' house but self contained. Ground floor: a large dining room, lounge, fitted kitchen, toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 mid-size beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom and toilet. 1 large mezzanine with library. Fuel heating according to consumption from 1st October to 30 April. Table tennis.
