Living room with fitted kitchen/lounge – bedroom corner (1 double bed) – shower room/WC. Electric heating (consumption invoiced). Bedding free of charge (sheets provided, bed made on arrival). Deck chairs, garden furniture and barbecue available. Pets accepted with agreement. Starting point for walks to the private lake (300m away), with picnic cabin and barbecue, family fishing and relaxation. Close to the Valençay (20km), Cheverny, Chambord and Chenonceau Châteaux, Beauval Zoo, Bourges and its"Printemps de la Chanson" music festival, vineyards,etc.
