The gite is located on a farm, by the Beauce plains in the peace and quiet and not far from the Orleans forest. Outdoor area is private, separate from the owners' home, and overlooks the plains, non-enclosed. Orleans is 20km away and easy to get to. Various visits and activities possible, situated between Paris and Châteaux de la Loire. On the ground floor of the gite: large living room with open-plan kitchen, living area, bedroom with disabled access, double bed, shower room with toilet. First floor: one bedroom with 3 single beds, shower room, toilet. Oil-fired heating 9 Euros per day from October to April included. Deposit. Bikes available. Large aboveground swimming pool.
