Situated at the crossroads between Berry, Touraine (châteaux of the Loire) and Sologne, close to the Zoo de Beauval and the Château de Valençay, you are invited to come and stay at this newly built gîte, located in a green setting, with private, covered and heated swimming pool available throughout the year. On the ground floor: entrance hall, walk-in closet, WC, shower room, large living room with fireplace (lounge/dining room/kitchen), view of the swimming pool, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), bathroom, WC. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (double beds), bathroom, WC, snooker table and reading corner, electric heating. Enclosed garden. Sheets provided, wood available free-of-charge. Optional extras: hire of household/bath linen, cleaning service.
