Ancient farmhouse situated at the heart of a hamlet just 5 minutes from Lake Eguzon, the Creuse Valley and the site of the impressionist school of Crozant. On the ground floor: large living room (wood stove)/lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, shower room, WC, access to garage and garden. On the first floor: bathroom, WC, 2 bedrooms (twin beds and pullout single bed). On the second floor: 1 bedroom (double bed and single bed), office, lounge. Electric heating. Enclosed garden surrounding the gîte (BBQ, volleyball, bikes, table tennis). 200 metres to small landscaped park. Wood available for additional fee (€50 per stere). Optional extras: hire of sheets, household and bath linen, cleaning service.
