In the heart of the Sologne ponds, this lake is a magnificent natural place with its wild aspect. It extends over 9 hectares. An educational trail on the fauna and flora of the Sologne ponds, a nature reserve, and access to an observatory! This lake is a course labelled "Passion".
A pathway allows you to walk around this remarkable site, picnic tables and dry toilets are available to all. In terms of pisciculture, the typical species of the Sologne are very well represented with roach, rotengle, bouvière, carp and tench, even if without exaggeration, the pike remains the king fish of this privileged place for the stalking of this marvellous carnivore! Educational panels have been created, as well as an observatory open all year round. The site is classified as "No-kill", all fish caught must be returned to the water (no live fish, no barbs).
