For ten years, the volunteers of the port of Grignon worked on the construction of a wooden barge of twenty-seven meters long and twenty tons: the Belle de Grignon. It is a perfect copy of a 19th century Berrichonne flute that sailed on the Canal d'Orléans et de Berry.
The bargemen of Grignon propose you walks along the water in the Port of Grignon, in the reach of Choiseau. You will embark on the barge with the bargemen for a unique and unforgettable walk, to discover the river heritage of the canal of Orleans, between the lock of the bottom of Grignon and the lock of Choiseau in Coudroy.
