The two chefs of the Cercle restaurant in Bourges, Pascal Chaupitre and Christophe Lot, opened the Petits Plats du Bourbon restaurant on 27 November, based on the Vierzon concept of Petits Plats de Célestin.
Restaurant located in the apse of an ancient 17th century chapel. The stone walls, columns, central arches and astragals of the original decor are combined with contemporary furnishings such as the Olivier Claveau signed paintings. You are sure to appreciate the inventive yet classic cuisine made with respect for tradition using the finest ingredients.
