When it comes to service, one stays in the kitchen while the other takes care of the dining room, still wearing his cooking clothes. They use French products (90%), fresh, seasonal, local and of high quality, favouring products from the open land and not from industrial trawlers…
The service is relaxed: the cutlery is in a pot on the table, the water and wine are placed on the table, and the customer serves himself.
