Production of artisanal beers from the Loiret region, bar and store open on Friday and Saturday evenings.
In the premises of the old dairy of Outarville/Toury, a craft brewery and original! Everything is handmade, from the recipe to the bottling, including the design of the labels.
These beers are available directly at the brewery or in different outlets to discover on the brewery’s website.
Eight fixed beers come out of this microbrewery: Blonde, Amber, White, IPA (India Pale Ale), Session IPA, Double IPA, Stout and NEIPA. Ephemeral recipes are added throughout the year according to the seasons and events.
Modern beers, without addition, neither filtering nor pasteurization, the refermentation is done in the bottle.
