Clémence curious delicatessen
Welcome in the delicatessen of Grand Hôtel du Lion d’Or in Sologne ! Coming from our own fabric or delicatessen products with a certified origin, from the Loire valley with short and local circuit, our approach aims to re-establish trust in the relationship with food.
The products we sell have all a certified origin :
– Our own making (biscuits, condiments etc)
– Producteurs with a short and local circuit (goat’s cheese, etc)
– French selected organic producers (friends)
– Producers more distant (tea, coffee, spicies) with whom we have a confident relationship.
Our approach aims to re-establish trust in the relationship with food, created again necessary links for a new responsible, human and solidarity-based way to eat.
