Resulting from the takeover of Domaine Guy Malbète in 2017, terroirs composed of clay-limestone, siliceous and sandy-gravelly pebbles, the Domaine is now eight of 10ha of vines. We work our soils so that our vines reveal our terroir to the best of our ability. We use only organic fertilizers in order to respect the biological life of our soils, avoid the use of insecticides and protect our vineyard against diseases just when necessary, so that our grapes finish their cycle at optimal maturity. The attention and passion that we bring to our wines, from these beautiful lands, are only satisfying for us by the pleasure and desire that they give you. We respect our history in order to better invent our epicurean future.
