The two brothers, Yvon and Pascal, took over the family business in 1981, located in Verdigny.
In 2008, Gaël and Marius joined the estate.
At present, Pascal, Gaël and Marius work together on the family estate, which comprises 20 hectares of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé.
