A sure bet in the Menetou-Salon appellation with his Domaine La Tour Saint Martin, Bertrand Minchin has been established since 1987 at the head of 17ha of vines on the heights of Morogues.
In 1988, Bertrand Minchin started the wine adventure in Menetou-Salon, where his grandfather was already producing wine before the war. His parcels, well established on the heights of the village of Morogues, are composed of 10 hectares of Sauvignon and 7 hectares of Pinot.
For almost 30 years now, he has known how to get the best out of this magnificent Kimmeridgian terroir. He does everything possible in the vineyards to produce the best grapes: ploughing, composts, control of the vegetative balance, control of the yields and respect of the environment (domain labeled High Environmental Value).
