In Cotron, the sheep are raised in the open air where all year long I give them the necessary care to meet their needs in the respect of the Organic Agriculture. Thanks to the attention I give them, you will be able to taste a quality meat raised near you.
I welcome you to my farm Moutons de Cotron to make you discover its backstage and the working dogs.
I raise ewes in the open air with two lambing periods. The cereals and hay to spend the winter are harvested on the farm.
At the Cotron house you will find lamb meat in different forms. I organize a sale at the farm every month, the calendar is on the site ? I propose to you according to the seasons: boxes of half lamb, merguez sausages of ewe and minced steaks of lamb; and in some time, you will be able to discover dry sausage of ewe, the prepared dishes, terrines and rillettes.
